Lane swimming and water walking can yield great cardiovascular and health benefits. During times that group exercise classes are not in session, take advantage of the pool to create your own independent workout. Please remember to observe proper pool etiquette and remain in your lane. At peak times, lanes may need to be shared with multiple swimmers. Pool walking is also available in our open pool area during this time.
8:00am – 8:45am
Utilizing a variety of Yoga postures and breathing practices, focus on releasing tension, enhancing energy, stretching and strengthening, as well as relaxing your mind and lifting your spirits. No yoga experience necessary, all levels are welcomed.
***Members pay $15 per month for unlimited mind/body classes. Non-members pay $15 per class.

Strong & Limber
Integrating strength, flexibility and balance for a complete workout that improves your everyday life and function. Classes utilize a wide variety of fitness equipment, including bands, hand weights, stability balls, balance mats and more.
7:15am – 8:00am
With a focus on a cardiovascular workout, walking laps in the pool while incorporating a variety of movements creates an effective and practical workout. As always, the Instructors offer a variety of options and modfications for all fitness levels.
8:00am – 8:45am
Using a Step platform, this cardiovascular-based class includes high intensity movements and low impact choreography.
8:15am – 8:55am
Based on Arthritis Foundation Guidelines, this class offers both the traditional range of motion exercises along with an additional cardiovascular segment. An intermediate level of intensity is achieved by increasing exercise repetitions and lengthening the cardiovascular activity.
9:00am – 9:45am
An indoor group cycling class with an emphasis on the cycling experience. Encouraging Instructors lead you through a series of flat roads, hills, jumps, and sprints while listening to motivating music. This class can be challenging, but also accommodates all fitness levels.
